Kicksleds and any of our other products without any visible signs of use may be returned in their original packaging for any reason within 30 days. We'll refund your money promptly and cheerfully (less original shipping). We reserve the right to deduct a 15% re-stocking charge for products that had free shipping.

All of the kicksleds we sell are exceptionally well-built so we rarely have problems with quality or defects. But if you do have a problem, we'll get a replacement part(s) to you ASAP or, if necessary, swap your sled for another one. Please notify us in advance before returning any item and we'll provide you with packing instructions and our return shipping address. Thank you!
